A little about us...
Solco started with a fairly simple idea: to create the sort of place we’d want to spend time in ourselves.
Good coffee, food we enjoy, wine worth drinking, friendly service and somewhere comfortable to sit and enjoy it all. There’s a little continental inspiration, plenty from closer to home, and an old building tucked away in Paddons Row that we’ve brought back to life.
We’re independent, we like trying new things, and Solco will probably keep evolving as we discover what works — and what our customers enjoy.

Solco officially opens on Saturday 17 October.
